How wello credits work

• One credit is one euro. A service fee of 10%, capped at €2.50, is shown before you pay.
• Spend credits at any wello venue. Every price is shown in credits before you book.
• Credits you buy never expire. You can ask for unspent ones back at any time.
• Cancel venue classes up to 12 hours before, and private sessions up to 48 hours before, and your credits come back.
• Bonus credits from offers last for the time shown when they are added, and are used after the credits you buy.
